My daughter recently fell in love with Cinnamoroll, and while I was online shopping, she spotted this bag and asked me to get it for her. Unfortunately, we received the pouch instead of the crossbody bag. I emailed customer service, and they responded quickly with a sincere phone call apology and immediately sent out the correct item. To our surprise, they even told us to keep the pouch as a gift.
The bag looks exactly the same as the photo, and I don’t see any issues with it. We were very touched by their kind service—and now my daughter is happily using both! Thank you so much!
